Terms of Service

1. About Radirn

Radirn is a digital-commerce platform (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Radirn”) that enables creators — photographers, music producers, designers, coaches, writers, and more — to sell digital files through a shareable paid link. Buyers can purchase content without creating an account. Radirn acts as a technology intermediary that connects sellers with buyers and facilitates payment processing through our certified third-party payment partner.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, listing a product, purchasing content, or otherwise using any part of the Radirn platform (including our mobile app and website), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines we publish. If you do not agree, do not use Radirn.

If you are using Radirn on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to both you individually and that entity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a seller on Radirn. By completing the seller onboarding process, you confirm that you are at least 18. We collect and verify your date of birth as part of identity verification required by our payment partner.

Buyers do not need to create an account and are not subject to an explicit age restriction by Radirn; however, sellers are responsible for ensuring they do not sell age-restricted content to minors.

You must be located in a country where Radirn operates. The current list of supported countries is available on our website. Seller account availability may differ from buyer-side availability.

4. Account Registration and Security

You may register using an email address and password, or via Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must notify us promptly at contact@radirn.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. Each account is personal to one individual or entity. We may verify your identity at any time and may suspend your account if we cannot confirm your identity.

Your account handle (public username) becomes the URL of your public seller profile. You may not choose a handle that impersonates another person, brand, or public figure, or that is offensive, misleading, or otherwise violates these Terms.

5. Seller Terms

5.1 What You Can Sell

Radirn is designed for creators selling original digital files they own or have the legal right to distribute commercially. Permitted files include, but are not limited to:

• Photography (RAW files, JPEGs, edits, portfolios, stock photos you own)
• Video footage (short films, B-roll, tutorials, courses)
• Music (beats, stems, sample packs, sound libraries)
• Design assets (Figma kits, Lightroom presets, LUTs, fonts, templates)
• Written works (ebooks, essays, workbooks, newsletters)
• Educational products (online courses, coaching programs, study guides)
• Code and development assets (plugins, boilerplates, scripts)
• Any other digital file you have created and own the rights to

Radirn is for digital files only. Radirn is not a general payment processor. Every paid link must deliver a digital file the buyer downloads — you may not use Radirn to sell physical goods or merchandise, or to take payment for a service performed in real life. See Section 5.2.

Each paid link may contain up to 20 files, and the combined size must remain within the file size limits stated in the app.

5.2 Prohibited Content and Businesses

The following are strictly prohibited on Radirn. Violations will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — any depiction of a minor in a sexual context, regardless of artistic intent
• Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content (NSFW) — Radirn does not support or permit adult, sexually explicit, nude, pornographic, or otherwise NSFW material of any kind. Radirn is a non-adult, safe-for-work platform; such content is prohibited regardless of the age, identity, or consent of any person depicted, and regardless of artistic, educational, or other claimed intent
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — explicit content featuring real people without their documented, ongoing consent
• Copyright-infringing content — selling files you do not own or have a valid licence to resell (music, films, software, photographs, fonts, etc.)
• Malware and harmful code — software designed to damage, access without authorisation, or surveil a device
• Counterfeit goods — digital reproductions or imitations misrepresenting themselves as genuine licensed products
• Dangerous or illegal information — instructions for creating weapons, synthesising controlled substances, or facilitating violence
• Personal data of third parties — selling databases, contact lists, or personal information belonging to others
• Financial products without licences — investment advice, trading signals, or financial schemes that require regulatory authorisation
• Hate speech and harassment — content that targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics
• Physical goods and merchandise — Radirn delivers digital files only. You may not list, sell, or take payment for anything that must be shipped, posted, collected, or physically handed over, including prints, apparel, hardware, packaged media, or artwork
• Real-life services and off-platform payments — you may not use Radirn to accept payment for a service delivered outside the platform, including bookings, appointments, shoots, events, tickets, live or one-to-one sessions, freelance or commissioned work, deposits, invoices, rent, subscriptions to another service, or donations. Educational products remain permitted only where the buyer receives the material as a digital file on the link itself
• Any content or business type classified as restricted or prohibited by our payment processor's terms of service

Radirn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content or suspend any account without prior notice if we determine that content violates these Terms or poses a risk to our users, our platform, or our payment partners.

Automated content moderation. All content uploaded to Radirn is subject to automated screening and moderation. We use automated systems to detect and block prohibited material — including adult, sexually explicit, and other NSFW content — both before and after it is published. Content flagged by these systems may be automatically blocked, removed, or held for manual review, and the associated account may be suspended or terminated, without prior notice. Automated moderation is provided on a best-effort basis and does not limit or replace your own responsibility to comply with these Terms.

5.3 Fees

Platform fees are calculated on the transaction price at the time of sale. If a refund is issued on a transaction, any platform fee charged on that sale is also refunded — you are not out of pocket on returned transactions.

You may set a discount (a percentage reduction from your listed price) or a sales cap (a maximum number of buyers) on any link. These are promotional tools. The applicable fee is calculated on the final price charged at the time of the transaction.

5.4 Payouts and Bank Accounts

Payouts are processed by our payment partner and deposited to the bank account you connect during onboarding. Payout timing depends on our payment partner's standard schedule for your country, local banking systems, and any holds that may apply to new accounts.

Our payment partner may delay, withhold, or reverse payouts in certain circumstances, including suspected fraud, high dispute rates, regulatory requirements, or account verification issues. Radirn is not liable for payout delays or withholdings initiated by our payment partner.

You are responsible for accurately providing your bank account details. Radirn is not responsible for failed payouts caused by incorrect banking information you provide.

Your Radirn balance is a ledger record of amounts owed to you, administered by Radirn together with our payment partners. Radirn is not a bank: your balance is not a deposit, is not insured, and does not earn interest. Holding a balance does not entitle you to payment on demand where these Terms permit us to withhold, delay, reduce, or offset it — see Sections 5.8 and 5.9.

5.5 Identity Verification

Before receiving payouts, all sellers must complete identity verification. This is required by financial regulations and by our payment partner's account compliance requirements.

Verification is handled by our certified identity verification provider and involves:

• Providing a government-issued identity document (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence)
• Completing a selfie liveness check captured via your device camera
• Confirming your personal details (name, date of birth, address)

Identity documents and verification data are transmitted to our identity verification provider and payment compliance partner as required by financial regulation. We do not retain your document images beyond what is necessary for the verification process. Once verification is marked as complete, it cannot be reversed or retried — contact us at contact@radirn.com if you need assistance.

You must be at least 18 years old to complete verification. Providing false or altered identity documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

5.6 Payment Processor Agreement

By completing seller onboarding, you agree to the terms of our payment partner's connected account agreement and service terms, which are presented to you during the onboarding flow. Our payment partner is an independent third-party processor, and its terms govern all payment and payout services. Radirn is not a party to the agreement between you and our payment partner regarding your payout account.

Our payment partner may require additional information from you, restrict your payout account, or suspend payment services independently of any action Radirn takes. We will cooperate with our payment partner's requests to the extent required by our agreement with them.

5.7 Your Responsibilities as a Seller

As a seller, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

• You own or hold all rights necessary to sell the content you list
• Your content is accurately described and the files delivered match what is advertised
• You acknowledge that buyers may be eligible for refunds on defective, corrupted, or wrongly described files, which Radirn processes on your behalf
• You will not manipulate sales data, traffic, or analytics (including generating fake visits or purchases)
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your sales
• You will not use Radirn to process payments for products or services sold outside the platform (payment laundering)
• You will respond promptly to any legitimate dispute or chargeback raised by a buyer

5.8 Compliance, Suspicious Activity, and Holds on Funds

Radirn operates under anti-money-laundering, counter-terrorist-financing, sanctions, and fraud-prevention obligations, and under the compliance requirements of its banking and payment partners. To meet those obligations and to protect the platform, its users, and its partners, Radirn reserves the rights set out below.

Grounds for action. We may exercise any of the rights in this section where, at our sole discretion, we suspect, detect, or are notified of any of the following — whether or not it is ultimately proven:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, structuring, layering, or any attempt to disguise the origin, ownership, or destination of funds
• Transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions, or any attempt to evade sanctions or export controls
• Fraud of any kind, including stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment instruments, identity fraud, or falsified verification documents
• Self-purchasing, circular or wash transactions, transactions between related accounts, or any activity designed to move funds rather than to sell a genuine file
• Use of Radirn as a payment processor, invoicing tool, or money-transfer service, including collecting payment for goods or services delivered outside the platform (see Sections 5.2 and 9)
• Sale of prohibited or restricted content or business types under Section 5.2, including physical goods and real-life services
• Abuse or manipulation of any platform feature, including discounts, sales caps, expiry, referral and affiliate mechanics, analytics, visit counts, or refund processes
• Chargeback abuse, refund abuse, or an abnormal dispute or refund rate
• Operating multiple accounts, evading a prior suspension, or acting on behalf of a suspended or terminated user
• Activity inconsistent with your declared identity, country, business, or expected transaction pattern, or a refusal to explain it
• Any request, direction, or notice from law enforcement, a regulator, a court, a bank, a card scheme, or a payment partner
• Any other conduct that, in our judgement, exposes Radirn, its users, or its partners to legal, financial, regulatory, or reputational risk

Actions we may take. Where any of the above applies, Radirn may take any one or more of the following actions, in any combination, at any time, and without prior notice:

• Freeze your balance in whole or in part, and place a hold on any funds credited to it
• Cancel, suspend, reverse, or refuse any pending, scheduled, or future payout or withdrawal
• Disable withdrawals while leaving the account otherwise operational, or disable the account entirely
• Reverse, correct, or void any ledger entry, sale, commission, or credit associated with the activity
• Withhold funds pending the outcome of an internal investigation, a partner investigation, or any legal or regulatory process, for as long as that process continues
• Require you to complete enhanced due diligence, including proof of identity, proof of address, source-of-funds and source-of-wealth evidence, proof that you own the files sold, and any other information we consider necessary
• Apply a reserve to your account, or extend an existing reserve or hold period
• Unpublish, disable, or delete any or all of your paid links, files, and public profile, and block further file delivery
• Restrict, downgrade, or remove access to any platform feature, including selling, uploading, the affiliate programme, and analytics
• Suspend your account, terminate it permanently, and refuse you any future access to Radirn under any name
• Apply the same measures to any related, linked, or successor account, including accounts sharing an identity, device, network, bank account, or payment instrument
• Report the activity and disclose your account, identity, transaction, and verification data to law enforcement, regulators, tax authorities, courts, banks, card schemes, payment partners, and fraud-prevention databases
• Refuse to release funds to any person other than the verified account holder, and refuse to release them at all where doing so would, in our judgement, breach applicable law or a legal or regulatory instruction

Discretion, notice, and duration.Determinations under this section are made at Radirn's sole discretion. We are not required to disclose our reasons, our detection methods, or the evidence on which we relied, and in some circumstances we are legally prohibited from telling you that a report has been made or that an investigation is underway. A hold applied under this section continues for as long as we consider necessary, and we give no undertaking as to how long any investigation, hold, or review will take. Suspicion alone is sufficient to act; we are not required to establish or prove wrongdoing first.

Your obligation to cooperate. If we request information or documents under this section, you must provide them accurately and in full within the period stated in our request. Failure to respond, an incomplete or false response, or a refusal to cooperate is itself a breach of these Terms and entitles us to continue the hold, terminate the account, and take any other action in this section.

Unlawful funds. Funds that we determine to be the proceeds of unlawful activity, or that we are required or directed to retain, are not payable to you. We may retain them, return them to their source, or remit them to a law-enforcement or regulatory authority, as required or as we consider appropriate.

No liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radirn is not liable to you or to any third party for any loss arising from action taken under this section, including lost sales, lost revenue, lost business or audience, delayed or withheld funds, or the removal of content or access. Held funds do not earn interest, and no compensation is payable for the period of a hold.

5.9 Set-Off, Reserves, and Recovery of Losses

Radirn may deduct from your balance, or set off against any amount owed to you, any sum you owe to Radirn or that Radirn incurs in connection with your account, including:

• Refunds and chargebacks on your sales, together with any associated scheme or processor fees and penalties
• Fines, penalties, assessments, or costs imposed on Radirn by a bank, card scheme, payment partner, regulator, or authority as a result of your activity
• The reasonable cost of investigating, responding to, or defending claims arising from your activity, including legal fees
• Amounts paid or payable to third parties as a result of your breach of these Terms, including under Section 15
• Platform fees, affiliate commissions, or credits wrongly paid or credited to you

We may hold a rolling reserve against your balance where your account presents an elevated dispute, refund, or compliance risk, and we may set and vary the size and duration of that reserve at our discretion.

Where your balance is insufficient to cover the amounts above, the shortfall is a debt immediately due and payable to Radirn, and we may invoice you, recover it from future sales, or pursue it by any lawful means, together with the costs of recovery. This section survives suspension, termination, and deletion of your account.

6. Buyer Terms

6.1 Making a Purchase

Buyers can purchase any active paid link without creating an account. Payment is processed by our certified payment processor and requires a valid payment method (credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other supported methods). By completing a purchase, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

Your email address, provided at checkout, is used by Radirn to deliver a permanent download link. Your payment details are handled exclusively by our payment processor and are never stored by Radirn.

6.2 File Delivery

After a successful payment, you will receive an email containing a link to download your purchased file(s). This link is permanent and associated with your purchase session — you can re-download your files at any time using that link. Radirn does not guarantee indefinite storage; in the event that a seller deletes or modifies their content after your purchase, we will use reasonable efforts to ensure continued access to files you have already purchased.

Files are delivered as digital downloads. Radirn does not operate a streaming service; you receive the actual file, which you may then use in accordance with the seller's stated licence.

6.3 Refunds

Radirn's general policy is that all sales are final. However, a refund may be issued in the following circumstances:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete, or unreadable
• The delivered file materially misrepresents what was advertised
• You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate transaction)

To request a refund, contact us at contact@radirn.comwith your receipt number and a description of the issue. Refund decisions are made at Radirn's discretion and processed through our payment partner. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in loss of access to your download link.

6.4 Licence to Purchased Content

When you purchase content on Radirn, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that content as described by the seller. Unless the seller explicitly grants broader rights (e.g., a commercial licence), purchased content is for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence purchased content without the seller's written permission.

7. Affiliate Programme

Every Radirn account is automatically assigned a unique referral code. If you refer another person who creates a seller account using your code, you may earn a commission on sales generated by that referred seller. Commission details, rates, and payout terms are available in the app under the Affiliate section.

Affiliate commissions are paid from Radirn's platform fee — the referred seller's earnings are not affected. Radirn reserves the right to adjust commission rates, pause, or discontinue the affiliate programme at any time, with notice where reasonably practicable.

You may not engage in fraudulent referral activity, including self-referral, creating fake accounts to generate referrals, or using deceptive means to drive clicks. Fraudulent affiliate activity will result in forfeiture of all earned commissions and account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Radirn. By listing content on our platform, you grant Radirn a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

• Store and deliver your files to buyers who complete a purchase
• Generate and display blurred preview images for your content on the buyer page
• Display your product title, description, and cover image on your public seller profile and buyer-facing pages
• Use your public seller handle and listed products in promotional materials describing the Radirn platform (e.g., marketing examples of creator categories)

This licence terminates when you remove the relevant content from the platform, except that Radirn may retain previews and metadata for a reasonable period consistent with our data retention policy.

8.2 Platform Intellectual Property

All Radirn software, designs, trademarks, logos, and platform content are owned by Radirn and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Radirn platform without our express written permission.

8.3 Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content listed on Radirn infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@radirn.com with:

• Your full name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL of the allegedly infringing content on Radirn
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and will remove infringing content. Sellers who receive multiple valid copyright complaints may have their accounts terminated.

9. Prohibited Uses

In addition to the content restrictions in Section 5.2, you may not use Radirn to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonate any person, entity, or brand
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other accounts, or our infrastructure
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to damage or interfere with systems
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or crawlers to access the platform without permission
• Artificially inflate visit counts, sales figures, or conversion metrics
• Use the platform to facilitate money laundering or other financial crimes
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent platform fees, including by directing buyers to pay outside Radirn
• Sell, advertise, or take payment for physical goods or merchandise, or for any item that requires shipping or physical delivery
• Accept payment for a real-life or off-platform service, or otherwise use Radirn as a general payment processor, invoicing tool, or donation collector rather than to deliver a digital file
• Collect personal information from other users without their consent

10. Radirn as an Intermediary

Radirn is a technology platform, not a publisher, employer, agent, or partner of sellers. Sellers are independent creators, and Radirn does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, quality, legality, or appropriateness of any content listed on the platform.

Buyers transact directly with sellers. Radirn facilitates the transaction and delivery mechanism but is not a party to the sale contract between seller and buyer. In the event of a dispute between a buyer and a seller, Radirn may assist in resolution at its discretion but has no obligation to do so.

11. Content Reporting and Moderation

Any visitor may report content on Radirn's buyer pages by using the in-page report function. Reports may be submitted for the following reasons: misleading content, copyright infringement, harassment, spam, or illegal material.

Radirn will review submitted reports and take action at its discretion, which may include removing content, restricting the seller account, or reporting the matter to law enforcement. We do not guarantee any specific response timeline but prioritise reports involving illegal content.

12. Taxes

Sellers are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting all taxes applicable to their sales (including income tax, VAT, GST, and sales tax). Radirn provides in-app sales and earnings records — including revenue, a country breakdown, refunds, and fees — to assist with tax preparation. This is not tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.

Radirn does not withhold taxes on seller payouts, except where required by law.

13. Disclaimers

Radirn is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee that any file listed on Radirn is of a particular quality, format, or fitness for purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radirn disclaims all implied warranties — including that the platform is suitable for a specific purpose or free from all defects.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Radirn and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Payout delays or withholdings initiated by our payment partner
• Any loss arising from your reliance on content purchased through the platform
• Platform downtime, data loss, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Radirn's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the greater of:

• the total fees paid by you to Radirn in the three months preceding the claim; or
• USD 100.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Radirn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from:

• your use of the platform;
• content you list or distribute through Radirn;
• your violation of these Terms; or
• your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

16. Account Suspension and Termination

Radirn may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account, and may remove any person's access to the platform, at any time, with or without notice, and at our sole discretion. Grounds include a violation or suspected violation of these Terms, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity, suspected money laundering or sanctions exposure, abuse of any platform feature, the sale of prohibited or restricted content or business types under Section 5.2, non-cooperation with a compliance request under Section 5.8, or any conduct that in our judgement poses a legal, financial, regulatory, or reputational risk to the platform, its users, or our payment partners.

Suspension or termination may be applied to sellers, buyers, and affiliates alike, and may be extended to any related, linked, or successor account. A terminated user has no right to open a new account, and we may refuse or close any account we believe is connected to a terminated user.

Effect on funds. Suspension or termination does not by itself entitle you to payment of your balance. On suspension or termination, any balance may be held under Section 5.8, applied under Section 5.9 to amounts you owe or losses we incur, and released, if at all, only after any investigation, dispute, chargeback exposure period, and legal or regulatory process has concluded, and only to the verified account holder. Where funds are the proceeds of unlawful activity or are subject to a legal or regulatory instruction, they are not payable to you.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Account deletion requires password confirmation and is irreversible. Upon deletion, your personal account data is removed. However, transaction records, sales history, and audit trail data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.

Earned and unpaid affiliate commissions at the time of account closure may be forfeited if the closure is due to a Terms violation.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute arises between you and Radirn, we encourage you to first contact us at contact@radirn.com to resolve the matter informally.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to resolve disputes.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where required by applicable law, notify you by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of Radirn after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
