Privacy Policy
The short version: We collect the minimum information needed to run the platform. Sellers provide identity and payout details required by financial regulations. Buyers provide their email at checkout — we never see or store their card details, as payment is handled entirely by our certified payment processor. We use a small number of trusted third-party providers and we do not sell your data to anyone.
1. Who We Are
Radirn (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Radirn digital-commerce platform — a mobile app and website that lets creators sell digital files through a single paid link. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information from sellers, buyers, and visitors.
For privacy questions, contact us at contact@radirn.com.
2. What This Policy Covers
This policy applies to:
- The Radirn mobile app (iOS and Android)
- The Radirn website, including the landing pages, blog, FAQ, and buyer link pages
- All services that power the above
It does not govern the privacy practices of third-party services linked from the platform.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Seller Account Information
When you register as a seller, we collect:
- Email address — used for login, password reset, and notifications
- Password — stored in a secure, one-way format. Not used if you sign in with Google or Apple.
- Full name — used for payment account creation and identity verification
- Date of birth — used to confirm you are at least 18, as required by our payment and compliance partners
- Country, home address, and postcode — required for payment account setup and tax reporting
- Preferred currency
- IP address and device information — collected at registration for fraud prevention and affiliate attribution
- Affiliate attribution fingerprint — a scrambled, one-way code derived from your device signals, used solely to attribute your signup to a referring affiliate if applicable
3.2 Identity Verification Data
Before you can receive payouts, we are required to verify who you are. This involves:
- A government-issued identity document (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) — including photos of the front and back
- A real-time selfie or short video for liveness verification
- Confirmation of your name, date of birth, and address
Radirn stores your verification status and a session reference, but does not keep copies of your document images on our own servers.
3.3 Seller Content and Product Data
When you create paid links, we store:
- Your uploaded files — stored securely with our content delivery provider
- Product title, description, and pricing
- Link settings (discount, sales cap, expiry, status)
- Blurred preview images and thumbnails generated from your uploads
3.4 Transaction and Financial Data
We retain records of all transactions, including:
- Sale amounts, currency, and timestamps
- Payout history and bank account reference identifiers
- Platform fee amounts
- Refund records
- Affiliate earnings linked to referred sales
3.5 Buyer Information
When a buyer completes a purchase, we collect:
- Email address — entered at checkout, used to deliver the permanent download link
- Country — inferred from IP address or payment card, used for analytics
- Referral source — the platform the buyer arrived from
- Purchase session ID — a reference that allows the buyer to re-download their file
We never see or store payment card details. Card processing is handled exclusively by our certified payment processor.
3.6 Visitor and Analytics Data
When any user visits a Radirn buyer page, we record:
- Which link was viewed
- Country of origin (inferred from IP address)
- Referral source
- Timestamp of the visit
3.7 Device and App Data (Mobile App)
The Radirn mobile app collects:
- Push notification token — used to send sale alerts and payout notifications
- Device information — model, OS version, screen size, locale, and timezone
- App version — used when you report a bug
We do not track you across other apps or websites.
3.8 Google and Apple Sign-In
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive only your email address and name for authentication purposes. We do not use this data for advertising or profiling.

7. Affiliate Attribution and Device Signals
To credit affiliates correctly, Radirn uses a device fingerprint on the mobile app and referral cookies on the web. The fingerprint is a scrambled, one-way code derived from IP address, device model, screen dimensions, timezone, and language.
